Resist the urge to have a negative thought. Replace it with a mantra or "clouds" while you go about doing your business. Use your brain for what it does it's mechanistic best, and let your actions flow from your heart center. Breathe.

I believe one of the most powerful activities is to meditate on the heart chakra together.With a group of people committed to consciousness raising this is an extaordinary experience.The 11:11 event which has been an on going world conciousness event has given me the understanding and personal experience of the power of world connectedness I have personnally felt an amazing shift even though my logical mind sometimes has not understood it .A simple but profound experience.It has been happening since 1992 at different intervals and will continue on June 5th 2009
