It would be good if we, the collective, could actualize the realization that all that we see is a reflection of who we appear to be. My personal practice is to become aware that anytime that I become upset, it is a signal to be aware. Nothing to do, just be aware and see what happens. Also, it would be good if we practice, loving kindness, tolerance for the "other," and patience. I was taught that human birth is for experience and liberation.
