Support all who work for peace in the broadest sense. Encourage people to align with their deepest inner knowing. Teach conflict resolution skills (including awareness about feelings) in schools, starting as early as PreK, and earlier in day care. Teach all people in managerial positions how to facilitate conflict resolution in the workplace. Provide (nonjudgmental) diversity training everywhere that starts with self-awareness. Hold out the expectation that people are good. Model and reinforce all activities supporting respect for the earth and peaceful conflict resolution. In assessing school success, steer clear of creating an educational system that teaches to the test; this strangles teacher creativity and student self-esteem. Encourage teacher leadership to improve schools. Support conscious parenting. Teach diplomacy and parenting skills in school. Heartfelt prayer all the time.
