Each of us individually needs to listen to our own hearts and do the internal work to stop the war within ourselves. Making peace in our own hearts and minds leads to more consciousness, kindness and to the realization we are all interconnected. We can then help others find their own paths to the same place. Before we do our own work we cannot effectively lead anyone.
