I whole-heartedly agree with my coaching colleagues: Take a coach approach to all communication and conversation - educate and train all to use the skills of coaching (deepest listening, asking bigger and bolder questions, etc). When coaching becomes the new worldview, consciousness will shift and keep expanding.
