We can identify that our media is fear-based. The constant threat of something catastrophic is overstimulating our limbic system. Through positive, higher vibrational media that focuses on all of the good things happening in our world we can shift our consciousness! By publicizing many of the ways people can tap into their inner world and deal with emotional trauma (meditation, the Oneness blessing, and the many programs and processes around the world), we can shift human consciousness quickly!!!! By bringing science and spirituality together we can see that they are so interconnected! There is an intelligence to the universe, call it what works for each person (God, Great Spirit, Christ Consciousness, the Divine Presence), it is there to help humanity find the love, peace, calm and bliss that exists as our birthright! Our language uses so many negative words that again stimulate fear. We must be conscious of how we connect in relationships and see that words carry a vibration (David Hawkins, "Power vs. Force"). LOVE! Joy! Possibility! Freedom! Grace! Co-creation! Peace!
