We can spread the good word that we are, in fact, all ONE, with each other, our planet and all her beings. We can gather in groups both virtually and in the physical to uplift our frequency and entrain stronger heart coherence and radiate this into the earth's grid and our surroundings. Meditation, yoga, walks in nature... We can 'know thyself' as our soul essence and share our unique gifts with the world... there are so many creative ways to express love in action!! I am answering the call by developing my Holistic well-being retreat centre for small groups (6-9people) called 'The Regeneration Oasis', a place in nature to connect with your own divine nature'.

What if parents are able to raise a generation of kids that are operating at the highest state of consciousness? From a young age kids are taught how to love and value themselves. They are taught to be self-aware of their thoughts and their emotions and how to self-regulate by looking inside of themselves to find effective solutions to problems they experience. They have a mindset that's full of confidence and resilience to achieve anything they want in life. Most importantly they are taught how to be empathetic and treat others with compassion, understanding, acceptance and love.

I've created an Emotional Well-Being app called FamTyme which helps young kids identify and understand their emotions and provide awareness and guidance to parents. I think if more kids are raised in an healthy, empowering home then they will grow up to be conscious creators in our world.
